Dr Li Wei has more than 17 years of experience in R&D, IP management, technology commercialisation, start-up incubation and investment. He is the co-founder and CEO of Transfong Ventures, a venture builder that helps deep tech companies launch the overseas businesses and establish the technology commercialisation partnership in Singapore and in China. Headquartered in Singapore, Transfong Ventures has three operation centres in Shanghai, Suzhou and Xiamen in China.

Richard Boggs currently serves as CEO of JCS Biotech Pte Ltd. Hailing from California, he brings over 25 years of experience in Medtech, Medical and Consumer Devices, International Business and Business Development. Richard has led products and teams from inception to global distribution, serving in roles including Global Brand Manager and Vice President of Operations with start-up and growth organisations. He has detailed knowledge of concept-to-commercialisation and multi-channel product distribution.

Eric Kng was previously the Head of Department (Entrepreneurship & Careers) at *SCAPE. He is a connector for tech service providers and traditional businesses, with eight years of business development and overseas venturing experience in China and ASEAN. He has a deep-rooted understanding of poising startups following local government policies and investor expectations, and is versatile in helping growing businesses navigate local and foreign markets.
