About the Speaker
Qi Ming is the Culture and Talent Director of McGraw-Hill Education Asia. He has worked in various multinational companies and industrial sectors in the past 20 years, across regions including the Caribbean, UK, China and Southeast Asia. Through his rich experience in cross-cultural contexts, Qi Ming has honed solid HR operational skills with a deep understanding of change management and talent development, coupled with a knack in shaping organisational cultures. Qi Ming obtained his Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Bournemouth University, UK.
