Developing economies like China have seen a burgeoning appetite in cement imports and this is projected to increase exponentially in the next few decades.
This trend has proven [to be] lucrative for countries exporting cement, including Vietnam (ranked 8th in the world), which exported a total of 20 million tons of cement in 2013.
